This basically came out of my need for a new message board avatar. It's mimicking the old standard clenched-fist-in-the-air propaganda symbolism.
To put it simply, I like propaganda imagery. There's a style to it that's very appealing. I've got the Battlestar Galactica Propaganda Posters and the Firefly Travel Posters. I like the real stuff too, old soviet/anti-soviet, german/anti-german, etc, but I haven't bought any of those. You've got to do research to find out what is authentic and what was made last week by some guy* with photoshop. And I don't want to start up another collection. Minimates occupy my time very well thank you.
*Some guy like me... but much better obviously.
